There is certainly no shortage of books trying to emulate the massive success that The Da Vinci Code has enjoyed. For the most part they're pretty pale imitations of it.

However, a new book, The Book of Air and Shadows, was just published that is getting terrific reviews. It's an intercontinental thriller (sound familiar?) and mystery - in this case the search for a never before seen play by William Shakespeare.

Granted, this isn't the most creative or unique gift idea, but if you know someone who loved The Da Vinci Code, this could make a terrific gift idea.
